Daryn debuts new car and picks up win #2.

Daryn and crew worked hard all week to race his new 2023 Rocket XR1 this week. The car fought the crew every step of the way, including at the race track. Daryn had an ignition box failure on the 1st lap in hot laps. With a new ignition box installed, Daryn started the poll of heat race # 1, to lead every lap, taking the win with no power steering. The crew thrashed to fix the power steering for the feature. Daryn rolled off 3rd in the 25 lap feature, taking over second on the opening lap. Daryn chased race leader Michael Kloos, on lap 17, Daryn dove to the bottom side in turn 3, clearing Kloos for the lead. The caution flag waved with 4 laps to go, stacking the field behind Daryn. Daryn quickly opened a gap between he and the 2nd place battle taking place between Kloos and Mark Vogt. Daryn held on to lead the last 4 laps to pick up the win.
